More than a generation after the fact, how many will take a moment to remember Friday the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks? There was, until just a few years ago, a big deal made of the event that “changed everything”, perhaps now we are collectively weary of asking questions that haven’t been, and probably never will be, answered? But before consigning the event historians will forever mark as democracy’s disembarkation point, another look at September 11th, 2001.
Professor Jeremy Kuzmarov is an author, educator, contributing Managing Editor at Covert Action Magazine, and co-host of Uncontrolled Opposition on Youtube. Jeremy’s book titles include, ‘Obama’s Unending Wars’, ‘Warmonger. And; Trump envoys, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner were in Moscow to meet Russian president Putin over the weekend, ostensibly to discuss an end to the four and a half year conflict between Russia and the Kyiv regime. The pair flew to Ukraine from Moscow to meet with the Volodymyr Zelensky accompanied by European representatives from France, Germany, and the UK. Kremlin aide, Yuri Ushakov said the talks were “useful”, adding the US team offered a “whole series of considerations regarding possible paths to a settlement”.
John Helmer’s the principle behind the news and analysis website, ‘Dances with Bears’. He’s an author and journalist who spent decades living in and reporting from Russia. His academic career includes teaching at Harvard, and he’s served as political advisor to presidents and prime ministers.

But first, Jeremy Kuzmarov and the deadly business end of American politics.
