Victoria, BC's Toxic Spill

Chemtrail activity is extremely high today (August 13/13) above the city. Overflights began in the early hours, continuing into the afternoon. A fine chemical haze now covers Victoria, with long plumes still spreading.

At least two jets laid down the unknown chemical, flying in a predominantly East-West patterns, checkered with North-South passes. One pass consisted of  a giant loop.

Health authorities are silent on the overhead contamination, possibly preferring to believe Chemtrails are part of a fringe conspiracy theory.
