Here's the 10,000 Ton Texas Tanker, Nathan E Stewart/DBL 55 today, passing by Banks Island loaded, on its way to Alaska from the Tesoro Refinery at Anacortes Wa.- with no Canadian pilot, pays no tariff, no fees, offers no benefit whatsoever, and with no stops in Canada.

 This nasty petroleum tanker offers nothing but imminent disaster to the 

BC Inside Passage, and flaunts the 'Voluntary Tanker Exclusion Zone'
