[Eds note: Sad news today of the passing of William Blum. Bill was a dedicated researcher and writer on American policy and its disastrous effects on the poorest people of the World, especially in the period following the Second World War until today. He was also a gracious radio guest, and agreed to appear on an obscure program, broadcast from a faraway Canadian university.
